Return Process

Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the items are defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 14 days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchanges

Please note that exchanges are not possible. If you wish to change an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process outlined above, and then place a new order for the desired item.
